The Gems 3100 Series offers quality-conscious OEMs consistently high-performance, high-output, repeatable pressure measurement. Its design incorporates a sputtered thin film pressure sensing element and all stainless steel wetted parts. Available in 8 standard ranges, from 0-100 PSI up to 0-30K PSI, with standard proof pressures as high as 3.00 x FS, and up to 40X FS maximum burst pressure, their small footprint facilitates easy installation in space constrained environments. The Gems 3100 Series is RoHS compliant, with a minimum IP65 ingress protection rating.

A complete lack of moving parts is the source of the EX-Series Flow Sensors’s reliability. Brass and stainless steel models withstand a variety of temperature, pressure, and chemical conditions. The EX-Series has no rotor to stop turning and no bearings to wear out. A rapidly reversing magnetic field is produced in the lower housing. As fluid moves through this field, a voltage is generated that is measured and translated into a frequency signal proportional to flow rate. This can be sent directly to a PLC or converted using a Seametrics indicator and converter. The EX150 and 250 include an isolation valve for hot-tap installation, or installation and removal under pressure; a bronze ball valve is standard, with a 316 SS option if needed. Reverse flow output and immersibility are optional.

Monnier, Inc. offers an expansive line of high flow particulate and coalescing filters. The Monnier 201-7200 & 201-8200 Series are available in 1-¼", 1-½" and 2" NPT, BSPT or BSPP. 201-7202 filters have a flow rate of 400 SCFM @ 100 PSIG with only a 1.0 PSIG Δ P; 201-8202 filters have a flow rate 700 SCFM @ 100 PSIG with only a 1.0 PSIG Δ P. The 201-9202 Series is available with 3" NPT ports and filters with a flow rate of 1200 SCFM @ 100 PSIG with only a 1.0 PSIG Δ P. All 201 Series filters are available with manual or float drain and heavy-duty cast aluminum housing. Particulate models have a 3-micron element and coalescing models have a 0.01-micron element.

ASCO recently announced that it has expanded its 8215 Series 2-way solenoid valve range. The new Watertight and Hazardous Location DC solenoid operators meet Type 1, 2, 3, 3S, 4X, 6, 6P, 7 (Groups A, B, C, D) and 9 (Groups E, F, G) enclosure classification requirements and a T3C temperature rating code with a 1/2" conduit hub. Its broad ambient temperature range of 32°-104°F is ideally suited for cold and warm environments.
The Gems Model PS61P incorporates a hardened alloy steel piston actuator for expanded overpressure performance. The low mass unit occupies a 24 mm diameter hex footprint and measures less than two inches. The switch is designed to reliably monitor standard pressures from 510 to 4350 PSI, with an enhanced burst pressure rating of 22,000 PSI. This makes the Model PS61P especially suitable for higher pressure, cyclic pressure and pressure spike environments. Its exceptional size-to-performance ratio is ideal for demanding applications, particularly where space constraints and performance limitations have excluded OEM pressure switch specification. The Gems Model PS61P is highly configurable off-the-shelf, with choices of alternate seals, fittings, and electrical terminations.
NOSHOK announces a new addition to their "Smart System" line of digital indicators - the 2200 Series Dual Display Digital Indicator. The 2200 Series accepts a variety of input signals including thermocouples or RTDs, current, voltage, resistance and process signals, and features a dual display with tri-color and variable intensity digits. The NOSHOK 2200 Series has a universal power input for either AC or DC voltage and 24 Vdc sensor excitation, a meter update rate of up to 160/second, and a built-in USB port for configuring with a computer.
The Fairchild Model 4000ABP Pneumatic Precision Back Pressure Regulator is a no bleed design regulator that precisely controls system back pressure. Stability of regulated pressure is maintained through an aspirator tube that adjusts the relief valve in accordance with the flow velocity. The Fairchild Model 4000ABP features control sensitivity of 0.5" water column and a very large relief valve for consistent precision accuracy to maintain the set point regardless of system pressure changes. The Fairchild Model 4000ABP will handle a 250 psi system pressure and offers four set point pressure ranges from 0.5-10 psi, 3-70 kPa up to 2-150 psi, 15-1000 kPa.
